Mohd Shairulnizam Zuall Cobley, Managing and Principal Consultant- DIB, BA (hons), MBA(UK)
IRCA(UK), was formerly a management
consultant with an international consulting
company after stint as Head, Consumer Credit
Unit, Telekom Sales and Services, a Telekom
Malaysia Group. He is a Certified Systems
Quality Auditor registered with the
International Register of Certification
Auditors, has a BA (hons) in Business Finance
from University of East London. He was awarded
his MBA in Strategic Management from Middlesex
University; his research was on the strategic
direction of the electronic industries in
Malaysia.
For the
last 7 years Shairul has been working with and
researching ‘Asian Service Culture’ within
Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia and is an
experience strategy and process consultant in
Malaysia.
In
consulting and training, Shairul has worked with
numerous organization with the objectives of
enhancing workplace leadership and bettering the
skill of leadership and management of managers
and executives. Presently he is working with
several clients – creating better workplace
practices, enhanced teams and performance
improvement within the client organizations.
A
speciality area Shairul has been working on is,
enhancing performance management- focussing on
appraisal, feedback, coaching and counselling.
He has wealth of experience in presenting to
ASEAN executives in organizational effectiveness
seminars and workshops and is an active speakers
with many Malaysian companies and organizations.
Shairul have also facilitated learning
programme for executives from the Middle
East and Gulf States through the various
management's seminar series in Kuala
Lumpur.
